General
❖ Please do not edit the original art (cropping is fine)
❖ Failure to comply with my terms of service will result in a blacklist
❖ Once the commission is completed please download the file. I clean out my sta.sh and gallery from time to time.
❖ By purchasing any of my services, you have automatically accepted my Terms of Service and must oblige to follow them.
Payment
❖ All online payments are subject to 6% surcharge
❖ For payments made through Wise, this fee is waived (as this is my preferred method of payment)
❖ Payment is made in USD for international-based commission and MYR for local commission.
❖ Possible method of payments include Paypal, Stripe, Wise, bank transfer
❖ Payment plans are possible up to 6 months (>$500)
❖ Payments should be completed within 2 days of the invoice being sent
❖ If you do not pay within the time limit, the commission will be cancelled.
❖ The commissioner may only request a full refund ONLY if i have not started the commission yet. Otherwise, a partial refund will be made according to the progress of the commission
Usage
❖ All commissions are for personal use only
❖ Commissioners are kindly requested to re-upload with proper credit given (taugeeee@twitter/da beansprouts @toyhou.se/taugeeee@twitch)
❖ I reserve the right to use the original art for advertising and sample purposes
❖ Baseline commercial fees:
Merch production: 100% of original price
Streaming/branding usage: 25%-100% depending on usage
Process
❖ General flow of process is: You send form > I confirm slot > I submit sketch for your approval > Invoice is paid > I finish commission > Finished piece is delivered to you
❖ All commissions will take a maximum of 3 months to complete
❖ Depending on my circumstances, if I feel like a commission will take longer than this period, I will update my commissioners and either offer a refund or work something else out
❖ WIPs may be optional and should be requested for in additional notes if wanted
❖ Orders in a batch may not be completed in chronological order
